Dear All One Family:
As of late, I have found myself quite busy trying to cast all of my seeds concerning alternative-complementary medical care and how I feel that it can possibly fit with the traditional medical health care system that isn't a working well for all concerned...
I have personally shared these views with all of my listening clients, family and friends...yet feel that if not left on deaf ears, minds and hearts...it was not heard because the medical system is a system that operates its premise as if it is the only way to wellness...
The medical approach was also one that has always been embraced by all of the insurance companies...as the only viable approach to wellness and all others, even if they are centuries old...were all considered a luxury...and only those a willing to reach into their own pockets and pay for the treatments...able to brave the new avenue, that most doctors tell them when nothing else is a working for them, "it can't hurt to try."
For yes, the majority of my clients that have prescriptions for body work, are at my door step for their doctor/doctors, have reached the end of their rope, so to say, and are now able and willing to extend their wellness plan to others that have a different approach than the doctors with their surgical knives, and prescription pads and tests that brought not a single hit in the patients, "hit parade-list," those that know what I say to be true, please say, Amen Sister! Hahahehe...
So as a way to break from the political rhetoric a going on in my mind, body and spirit...and to kind of take a little breathing break...
I am going to post...the following posting from www.beliefnet.com...For right now our land is enduring lost of fear energies and we also are carrying the fear energies of all lands that also have their own transformational for change issues before them...
So please enjoy the following...
I also have again captured some of the pictures from Beliefnet's site...Perhaps that isn't a good thing for me to be a doing...yet for them, it is a win-win...for I am advertising their site for free...now aren't I? So is that a good or bad thing? Am I trying to steal anything from them? No, I am trying to get all others a visiting its spaces...for they have lots of phenomenal things in which to say...
I believe the author below...from beliefnet...has discovered that we live in a texting land...and the fewer the words the better...I unfortunately am not of the same premise...
For I believe that all things said, according to the person that interprets them...can be taken wrong in either direction...this web site is a religious and spiritual site at the same time...
Take the word "bully," for instance...to a child traumatized by real bullies in their lives, might take it to mean; to bring harm to the person or persons a meaning harm and fear...
So I am not a person that believes that a small amount of words is all that one needs to brighten another person's day...because we are a land with so much diversity in thoughts and expressions...sometimes the long drawn out effect is better...
Just my thoughts, some say tomato and some say potato...
Be Blessed Always
Love, Light and Peace

9 Ways to Face Your Fears
By Therese J. Borchard
Fears are like annoying relatives. You can't avoid them forever, and ignoring them won't make them go away. Come Thanksgiving, they'll plop down right next to you and ask to borrow your fork. So you'd better figure out how to confront the little devils before they eat your dessert too. Here are a few fun ideas for how to tell your fears to hit the bricks.
Begin to face your fears.
Therese J. Borchard writes the Beyond Blue blog for Beliefnet.
Yell at Them
Tell them to go to a place where there are no lemonade stands.
Laugh at Them
A good technique: start with "ha" and end with "hee."
Talk About Them
Preferably to a friend, over a cup of strong coffee.
Scare Them Away
Any mask will do, but any beast or vampire getup is particularly effective.
Dress Them Up
With the right attire and hairdo, you can make anything seem attractive and desirable (to someone else), right?
Harness Them
If they are under your control, you don't have to worry about them.
Interrogate Them
Ask them the hard questions, including: where, what, why, when, and how? Then get a mug shot.
Bully Them
Boss them around like the scary dude in the fifth grade who made you cry. You're bigger than they are --don't let them forget it.
Free Them
Let them go. Tell them to have fun, but not to come back.
