Dear All One Family:
When I look at health care reform, I see more need than not. One thing I would like to see is the free choice to choose the format of treatment that I need, starting with Alternative-Complementary Medical before surgery.

Most that know me, know that is because there are so many risks involved when a person goes under the knife, not to speak of the serious risks of infection, error and in my field; the cutting and severing of nerve endings that do not repair themselves...

Then one takes in the actual healing process of a wound and understands about scar tissue not able to do its job properly, because the tissue is all bunched up and thus starts a causing the muscular system that moves our bones to have a need to adjust a body out of position.

I am not saying that we need to throw the whole surgical process out of the window, what I am saying is that we need to try all other alternatives in order to evaluate the need of surgical intervention...after we tried the other stuff...make sense?

I am also of the opinion that the prescriptions that are prescribed to the patients should be monitored better by the FDA.

When I see the commercials from these drug companies on the television, and I see the side effects of the drug...I fall into the thinking state that the fix could possibly, perhaps make the original problem seem like something perhaps they shouldn't have complained so much about...hahahehe...even though it isn't funny...

So for all of those folks that believe that the drugging of our country isn't all that bad...than perhaps you aren't a paying attention to the news and about our water filtration system that can't pull all of the antibiotics and anti depression medications out of it.

Simply because when the water filtration system first went into place in our land...these chemicals were not present in the land...and if they were the common usage of them, was not all that great so it was probably being viewed as a trace element or two or three, and not a big deal...and today it is easily identifiable and a problem enough that the news media has picked up on it, simply because they don't have a clue how to remove it.

Those that have wallets that moths fly out of it when opened...being they wrote the books on penny pinching...would say; "Tonie why are you a hammering on the water filtration system door? Free antibiotics and anti depressives! Just turn on your tap water and drink freely and don't even have to go to the doctor's office to get a prescription for it all from them and don't even have to pay for it either."

Of which I respond:

You say potato and I say tomato, the taking of antibiotics on a regular or prolonged base does one simple thing...the antibiotics tell the immune system that it is a handling things and to stop its protective mechanisms.

Now with so many virus and bacteria out there in our world and the world of others...having an immune system that is asleep and not able to protect us is serious enough...for there is a thought process of medical scientists that were ones immune system strong enough, that even if the person came into direct contact with A.I.D.'s, they wouldn't be effected.

Plus even a single dose of antibiotics starts the colonization of yeast to proliferate and that also weakens an immune system that in between doses of antibiotics is told to scale the highest mountain in which to conquer the yeast growths that spreads like a form of parasitic take over and in some extreme cases I have even seen fungal hands and toe nails...for we are a circulatory system that moves the blood in our body from the top of our head, all the way to our feet.

Sometimes the folks with fungal toe nails have the problem so bad that the person's feet, stink like yeast dough...and in these cases the person has combined of jock itch, under arm irritations, bumps and rashes...and the doctors just tell them that with the feet, they have chronic athlete's feet.

Each person that I have ever seen with this condition, their medical doctors aren't alarmed by the condition.

Some doctors are still in the dark ages of medicine, and a coming from their early school training and education. I say to these asleep doctors...the veterinarians are way ahead of you all...for when they prescribe antibiotics for their pet patients, they also write a script for probiotics...being it is hard to feed an animal yogurt cultures...

Medical doctors that don't tell their patients that are on antibiotics to at least eat yogurt while on it...I feel aren't giving their patient their best medicine...

The really top notch medical doctors not only tell their patients to go to the health food store and obtain acidophilus, and with fungal toes and nail conditions...perhaps after the antibiotic dosage, refrain from taking in sugar laden products such as simple starches, yeast breads, alcohol and a good solid probiotic like unsweetened yogurt if one doesn't like the taste of yogurt.

The taking of antidepressants in our water are good for those that are depressed and need assistance in that area, yet what type and how much you are a taking in your drinking water, is the problem especially being, antidepressants largest problem is that it hosts so many side effects that suicidal tendencies are its largest and most common problem seen with them...

So there you have my largest concern with the dosing of Americans and such with common remedies that only put a bandage on the problem to begin with...and with the over load of antibiotics comes also the problem along with the yeast problem, is the kidney failures that they are a seeing in those of large regular dosing of these folks with antibiotics...

Those with chronic fatigue syndrome...I believe our doctors should look at the yeast colonization problems within the human body functions...many of these doctors don't realize that when one takes package yeast that one would make their own home made bread, add water and sugar and watch it grow and expand...the same kind of principle also occurs within our body.

So there you have it, my thoughts on our drinking water's condition and how I see it directly correlated back to our present health care system a needing reform.

Those that know me and have heard me talk about this subject, know that I am concerned about the problem with drugs prescribed to another, becoming my body fellow...

I have been in search of my own answers to this growing problem of candida albicans...colodial silver, Manatek Products, Muscadine Grape Seed Extract...and Omega 3, comes to mind as a good start in the direction of health...working with the problem, versus putting a temporary bandage on the problem and wishing, hoping for the best as with the medical doctors, protocol...

Just my thoughts again...take what you need and please leave that which you don't.

Just please remember that with a serious yeast take over with ones body, chronic fatigue is the most common symptom that one experiences...how can one recover from the assault to one's body that first caused the doctor to prescribe the antibiotics if ones body is too weak and tired from all the yeast micro organisms that are a taking over the body?

Dear All One Family:

I found another email posting this morning from Asian Woman...it is really pretty good and as well, another associated press news release on North Korea's disgust with United States over South Korea...

So even though it is Father's Day...Our President has so much on his table, could we all pray that Our Heavenly Father will keep him in Guidance, faith and protection...please, thank you?

I told all that I didn't know why the voters in Iran were a protesting because both leaders were almost on the same page as each other...obviously that couldn't be the case. I have no idea what news casters were a throwing that on our listening and imagining table...

For today I discovered that the older guy is what they are a wanting and an end to social, religious and financial devastation...

Please pray that Our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus and Holy Spirit will allow His will for His children in Iran...to be done..."Not my will, not my will, but thine be done in me."

So contained below is news from the Associated Press...many such as myself have lost their favorite channels and gained a few of them that they had greatly missed such as I, yet all in all, when one has to play the remote control game of trying to catch a satellite beam to get a good visual picture game...as much as I have...sometimes just a leaving the set off, especially when it is filled with so much horrendous happenings all over the world...these two news story came in today on President Obama's plate already over flowing...

Life's Gifts Are In Disguise


A young man was getting ready to graduate college.
For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car.
Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study.
His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him.
He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.

Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible.
Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business.
He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him.
He had not seen him since that graduation day.
Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son.

He needed to come home immediately and take care things.
When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.

He began to search his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago.
With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages.

As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible.
It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired.
On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss Life's gifts because they are not packaged as we expected? .

TEHRAN, Iran – Iran's government said Sunday it arrested the daughter and four other relatives of former President Hashemi Rafsanjani, one of the country's most powerful men, in a move that exposed a rift among the ruling Islamic clerics over the disputed presidential election.

State media also reported at least 10 more deaths, bringing the official toll for a week of confrontations to at least 17. State television inside Iran said 10 were killed and 100 injured in clashes Saturday between demonstrators contesting the result of the June 12 election and black-clad police wielding truncheons, tear gas and water cannons.

Police and members of the Basij militia took up positions in the afternoon on major streets and squares, including the site of Saturday's clashes. But there was no word on any new clashes Sunday.

State-run Press TV reported that Rafsanjani's eldest daughter, Faezeh Hashemi, and four other unidentified family members were arrested late Saturday. On Sunday evening, it said the four others had been released but that Hashemi remained in detention.

Last week, state television showed images of Hashemi, 46, speaking to hundreds of supporters of opposition candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi. He alleges fraud in the June 12 election, which the government said President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won.

After Hashemi's appearance, hard-line students gathered outside the Tehran prosecutor's office and accused her of treason, state radio reported.

The arrests are the strongest sign yet of a serious divide among Iran's ruling clerics.

Rafsanjani, 75, heads two powerful institutions. One of them, the cleric-run Assembly of Experts, has the power to monitor and remove the supreme leader, the country's most powerful figure. The second is the Expediency Council, a body that arbitrates disputes between parliament and the unelected Guardian Council, which can block legislation.

The assembly has never publicly reprimanded the unelected Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei since he succeeded Islamic Revolution founder Aytollah Ruhollah Khomeini in 1989. But the current crisis has rattled the once-untouchable stature of the supreme leader with protesters openly defying his orders to leave the streets.

Underscoring how the protesters have become emboldened despite the regime's repeated and ominous warnings, witnesses said some shouted "Death to Khamenei!" at Saturday's demonstrations — another sign of once unthinkable challenges to the virtually limitless authority of the supreme leader.

Rafsanjani was deeply critical of Ahmadinejad during the presidential campaign and has the potential to lead an internal challenge to Khamenei.

His daughter's arrest came as something of a surprise: In his Friday sermon to tens of thousands of worshippers, Khamenei praised Rafsanjani as one of the architects of the revolution and an effective political figure for many years. Khamenei acknowledged, however, that the two have "many differences of opinion."

Khamenei has accused foreign media of making "malicious" attempts to portray a schism among the ruling clerics. At Friday's prayers, he acknowledged that all four presidential candidates "have differences, but all of them belong to the system."

Iran's regime continued to impose a blackout on the most serious internal conflict since the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

But fresh images and allegations of brutality emerged as Iranians at home and abroad sought to shed light on a week of astonishing resistance to hard-line Ahmadinejad and Khamenei.

The New-York based International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran said scores of injured demonstrators who had sought medical treatment after Saturday's clashes were arrested by security forces at hospitals in the capital.

It said doctors had been ordered to report protest-related injuries to the authorities, and that some seriously injured protesters had sought refuge at foreign embassies in a bid to evade arrest.

"The arrest of citizens seeking care for wounds suffered at the hands of security forces when they attempted to exercise rights guaranteed under their own constitution and international law is deplorable," said Hadi Ghaemi, spokesman for the campaign, denouncing the alleged arrests as "a sign of profound disrespect by the state for the well-being of its own people."

"The government of Iran should be ashamed of itself. Right now, in front of the whole world, it is showing its violent actions," he said.

Thousands of supporters of Mousavi, who claims he won the election, squared off Saturday against security forces in a dramatic show of defiance of Khamenei.

Iran has also acknowledged the deaths of seven protesters in clashes on Monday.

State media also reported a suicide bombing at the shrine of Khomeini on Saturday killed the attacker and injured five other people.

There was some confusion about the overall death toll. English-language Press TV, which is broadcast only outside the country, put the toll at 13 and labeled those who died "terrorists." There was no immediate explanation for the discrepancy.

Amnesty International cautioned that it was "perilously hard" to verify the casualty tolls.

"The climate of fear has cast a shadow over the whole situation," Amnesty's chief Iran researcher, Drewery Dyke, told The Associated Press. "In the 10 years I've been following this country, I've never felt more at sea than I do now. It's just cut off."

Iran has imposed strict controls on foreign media covering the unrest, saying correspondents cannot go out into the streets to report.

Reporters Without Borders said 23 journalists were arrested over the past week. The British Broadcasting Corp. said Sunday that its Tehran-based correspondent, Jon Leyne, had been asked to leave the country. The BBC said its office remained open.

Also Sunday, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki held a news conference where he rebuked Britain, France and Germany for raising questions about reports of voting irregularities in hardline Ahmadinejad's re-election — a proclaimed victory which has touched off Iran's most serious internal conflict since the revolution.

Mottaki accused France of taking "treacherous and unjust approaches." But he saved his most pointed criticism for Britain, raising a litany of historical grievances and accusing the country of flying intelligence agents into Iran before the election to interfere with the vote. The election, he insisted, was a "very transparent competition."

That drew an indignant response from British Foreign Secretary David Miliband, who "categorically" denied his country was meddling. "This can only damage Iran's standing in the eyes of the world," Miliband said.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel urged Iran anew to conduct a complete and transparent recount.

In Washington on Saturday, President Barack Obama urged Iranian authorities to halt "all violent and unjust actions against its own people." He said the United States "stands by all who seek to exercise" the universal rights to assembly and free speech.

Obama has offered to open talks with Iran to ease a nearly 30-year diplomatic freeze, but the upheaval could complicate any attempts at outreach.

Republican senators criticized Obama on Sunday for not taking a tougher public stand in support of the protesters, with one saying the president had been "timid and passive."

Israeli President Shimon Peres applauded Iran's pro-reform protesters Sunday, saying the young should "raise their voice for freedom" — an explicit message of support from a country that sees itself as most endangered by the hard-line government in Tehran.

Saturday's unrest came a day after Khamenei sternly warned Mousavi and his backers to all off demonstrations or risk being held responsible for "bloodshed, violence and rioting." Delivering a sermon at Friday prayers attended by tens of thousands, Khamenei sided firmly with Ahmadinejad, calling the result "an absolute victory" that reflected popular will and ordering opposition leaders to end their street protests.

Mousavi did not directly reply to the ultimatum.

His camp, meanwhile, denied reports that he had proclaimed himself ready for martyrdom on Saturday.

"Mousavi has never said this," his close ally, Qorban Behzadiannejad, told the AP. Mousavi's Web site also said statements that Mousavi was preparing for death were inaccurate.

SEOUL, South Korea – A U.S. Navy destroyer is tailing a North Korean ship suspected of carrying illicit weapons toward Myanmar in what could be the first test of new U.N. sanctions against the North over its recent nuclear test, a leading TV network said Sunday.

The South Korean news network YTN, citing an unidentified intelligence source in the South, said the U.S. suspects the cargo ship Kang Nam is carrying missiles and related parts. Myanmar's military government, which faces an arms embargo from the United States and the European Union, has reportedly bought weapons from North Korea.

YTN said the U.S. has deployed a destroyer and is using satellites to track the ship, which was expected to travel to Myanmar via Singapore.

South Korea's Defense Ministry, Unification Ministry and National Intelligence Service said they could not confirm the report. Calls to the U.S. military command in Seoul were not answered late Sunday.

The ship is reportedly the first North Korean vessel to be tracked under the new U.N. sanctions.

Two U.S. officials said Thursday that the U.S. military had begun tracking the ship, which left a North Korean port Wednesday and was traveling off the coast of China.

One of the officials said it was uncertain what the Kang Nam was carrying, but that it had been involved in weapons proliferation before. Both spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence.

Tensions on the Korean peninsula have spiked since North Korea defiantly conducted its second nuclear explosion on May 25. It later declared it would expand its atomic bomb program and threatened war to protest the U.N. sanctions imposed in response to its nuclear test.

The sanctions toughen an earlier arms embargo against North Korea and authorize ship searches in an attempt to thwart its nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

The Security Council resolution calls on all 192 U.N. member states to inspect vessels on the high seas "if they have information that provides reasonable grounds to believe that the cargo" contains banned weapons or material to make them, and if approval is given by the country whose flag the ship sails under.

If the country refuses to give approval, it must direct the vessel "to an appropriate and convenient port for the required inspection by the local authorities."

President Barack Obama said the sanctions will be aggressively enforced after talks Tuesday with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak in Washington. Obama also reaffirmed the U.S. security commitment to South Korea, including nuclear protection.

In its first response to the summit, North Korea's government-run weekly Tongil Sinbo said Obama's comments revealed a U.S. plot to invade the North with nuclear weapons.

"It's not a coincidence at all for the U.S. to have brought numerous nuclear weapons into South Korea and other adjacent sites, staging various massive war drills opposing North Korea every day and watching for a chance for an invasion," it said in a commentary published Saturday.

North Korea says its nuclear program is a deterrent against the U.S., which it routinely accuses of plotting to topple its communist regime. The U.S., which has 28,500 troops in South Korea, has repeatedly said it has no such intention and has no nuclear weapons there.

Dear All One Family:

May you take this day and pray and wish all fathers, where ever they are...far and near...or Home with God such as my own dad...A wonderful day as you honor them for their great task of helping you grow and become the person that you are, simply due to them...and if they weren't around to assist with your upbringing...just remember that many can be called father, yet one only has one biological dad, just like we all have Our Master Father, God.

Rather he was good, bad or indifferent...never less...as all mothers know, most gave it their best expression and sometimes, ones best isn't good enough for all...simply because that one was never give the job description properly described/role modeling task from their own instructing father...

Forgive them and pray for them...so that you can celebrate each and every moment of life and as well, role model that same example to ones own child...

Those are my thoughts on this special holiday of a honoring the fathers of our land...

Another Moment in Health Care Reform Ideas...

Dear LA:

Thank you for your email this morning. I am grateful that you made it through the intestinal ischemic colitis attack that you state that research indicated past food poisoning incident... and side effect from new sleep medication given to allow you to get ready for colonoscopy test.

Goodness dear one! You have been through the ringer so to speak...

So many issues to address...Here goes. Chinese Medicine as I have told most all in the past...when looking at the body, mind and spirit aspects...relating to the digestion system...suggests that one look at how they are assimilating all things in their body, mind and spirit realm.

Gut feelings, gut reactions. Does one use his/her stomach as a sensing brain more that a digestive factor?

Women it seems have more of this gut reaction kind of thing a going, versus men, yet there seems to be more of move with our males to start a trusting their intuitive nature...and thus more stomach ailment are a being seen in them as well.

So overworked gut reaction taking for one a always a caught up in the what if's, before the next shoe falls moment could be creating more gastric juices than they need to be producing.

I have also seen cases where digestive upsets were cured from the refraining of drinking liquids with ones meal.

For any and all liquids should be drunk at least 1/2 hour after a meal and not with it as we had been doing for ever.

With the theory being this
What seems to be a happening is that the liquids that are being drunk before and after bites of food when eating ones meal; can cause the digestive juices that are produced naturally in the stomach to assist in the breaking down of our food solids and particles so that they can pass into the intestines where digestion takes place; in a format form so that our bodies immune system doesn't attack each chunk of food, a believing that they are invaders...
(can you see how this also could be a problem to someone with an over active immune system that sometimes their body attacks itself?)

When one dilutes the acids in their own stomach...all processes are slowed down...and the person that eats too fast, takes in too much liquid...talks while a eating, thus swallowing more air...than needed...can cause their own selves, lots of difficulties...

In Chinese medicine as well, in dealing with the septic system of ones body...that area of the body is where all of my nutrients from our foods and medicines are broken down in particles small enough to move into our blood system and feed our body, plus the waste products left over are stored there until they are able to leave the body through evacuation...a.k.a...bowel movement.

In Chinese medicine again...intestines...storage unit of past things...mind, body and spirit...

Usually what I see when working with persons that have difficulty letting go of past things...is all kinds of elimination difficulties...from too loose of a stool movement to constipation, different bowel dysfunctions, and right down to colon cancer.

When you spoke of food poisoning as a possible precursor of your colitis problem today...I can understand how that could possibly arise...especially if you weren't able to remove from your elimination tract all of the invading viruses or bacteria that were taken into your system when you ate the problematic food source...

I do believe that our majority of medical doctors do not have a handle on the parasitic world...for that is a specialized field called "tropical medicine," and because their is so little interest in it in today's world...I doubt very much that most lab tech., are given that specialized training as well...and I can see a need for that to change in our land.

The only school that I know today that teaches "Tropical Medicine," according to my Duke graduate M.D., is at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Along with digestive upsets and problems stemming from that condition, I believe that our food sources have become primarily synthetic and chemically based...the Al Natural...I guess according to the FDA, is obsolete...for remember when the FDA allowed the drug companies to bio simulate, vitamins and other herbal products?

I believe from that one move of the FDA to help drug companies now patent their own vitamins, herbs and minerals...we are ingesting unbeknown st to ourselves...different supplements that are not a natural based product, yet one if one were to look at the substance under a microscope...it would look similar...yet does the body handle it in the same manner...

The problem I am a having with this chemical based supplements is that I no longer know if it is the real McCoy or a simulation? The only way that I do know for sure is that I patronize product lines that I know are safe and shop at health food stores that I know that the owners are up to date on what took place in our land, not all that long ago.

It is no wonder to me that doctors are again telling their patients that the taking of supplementation is unnecessary...for mysteriously supplements no longer show themselves to be valuable...yet when one looks at the studies to see who prompted them...one somehow finds out that it was the drug companies that want to take and patent their own products for all of us die hearts that refuse to stop taking supplements and have no other alternative but to take their patented products because the FDA has helped them remove all natural ones and only have the drug companies products on the shelves...

Also as well, I have found that my consumption of salad greens and vegetables have been greatly hampered by several factors...imported from Mexico and other countries, vegetables grown in places where contaminated water quality is used for irrigation and human waste products are used as the primary fertilizer.

Then as well, we also have the vegetables that have been hit with a process to keep it fresher, longer called irradiation...the FDA allowed this to happen and personally I am not all that sure that the vegetables break down in our system as it needs to break down...

So because of food source and preservative factors...causes me to shy away from the vegetable area of my super market..."Let The Buyer Be Aware."

I believe that we are at the turning point of our land...many folks see the world as upside down or sideways...I see us all a paying more attention to what changes are upon us...and our president and cabinet a trying their best to not, "throw the baby out with the bath wash."

As for the 4 doctors LA a not informing you about the food restrictions, to the doctors that is a hard call...for they probably want you to go to a food allergist to see what foods you could be sensitive to...for each person is different as you know..

Right off the top of my non medical head...I would suggest limiting peanuts, nuts...and being bananas tend to be a constipating problem with many...perhaps that as well..

Also too, I feel that dehydration could also play a part in the problem for we need liquids in our body for all of our major organs,systems and tissues...for I have discovered with my own health history that without enough liquids in my diet, my fecal matter had a difficult time a moving through my system to be eliminated...

No alcohol doesn't count as a liquid...for it as well...can cause a world of its own problems...all those that know what I mean, please say, Amen.

This is a web posting email that I got from Californiapsychic.com. Perhaps many won't care much for it...all I can say is that today is Father's Day, and as I honor and remember him and all the other father's in the world, Our Father in Heaven comes first in mind...

The story below is one that I can relate to for my mother, sister in law and father, all signal that they are near me with the lights of the church's parking lot across the street from my house.

For anytime I am a thinking about them...all I have to do is to look toward the direction that they have indicated in the past...that they turn off...individually, indicating that they are present.

Stories & Thought Reflections On Dad
My beloved father passed away last year after a long bout with heart disease. It was devastating to see his health slowly deteriorate before my eyes, but the time we spent together in the hospital, and later at a post-care facility, turned out to be a blessing. It gave us a chance to endlessly chat about anything and everything, which we ended up doing over the span of several months.


Still, when he went quietly in his sleep one night, it rocked my world to the core. I missed him, and the finality of his death was overwhelming. I would never see him or hear his voice again... or would I? In the months following his death, I frequently felt his presence. I even "saw" him in the supermarket one day. He was casually standing sideways with his hand in his pocket. He began telling me a story, but he stopped communicating with me as soon as my husband walked up behind me with the shopping cart. I never mentioned it to my husband because I didn't want him to think that I had completely lost my mind.

Our small dog, Rudy, also sensed my dad's presence. On more than one occasion, he jumped off our bed in the middle of the night to go on a wild sniff and search mission around the house - something very out of character for him. Following Rudy's strange behavior, my husband told me that he experienced a hair-raising encounter in the middle of the night when he accidentally fell asleep downstairs on our couch. He awakened to hear things that sounded like my father was in the room with him. It was at this point that I finally told my husband about my dad's supermarket visit.


When I mentioned these odd occurrences to a friend, she suggested I speak to a Medium at California Psychics. This is when I turned to Darcy ext. 9488. I told her that several members of my family had felt my recently departed dad's presence, and I needed her help making sense of the visits.


When Darcy called on my father to come forward, she told me he was wearing a suit with light gray pants, which was the attire he was buried in. She said one hand was in his pocket and he was standing sideways, which was coincidentally how he presented himself to me at the supermarket. She also told me he had piercing beautiful blue eyes, which again was right on the money. I immediately knew I was in good hands.


Darcy then asked me if I had been finding pennies lately. My jaw dropped. I had indeed come across several loose coins in recent weeks - on the sidewalk, at the office, in my car, on the couch and in the parking lot. What's with all the pennies, I asked myself? Darcy explained that it was a sign from my dad. "He's putting them out there for you," she said. How appropriate, I thought, since my dad was a coin collector. "He says he's going to keep showing you pennies," she added. "So whenever you see one, just think about your dad, I mean, dear ol' dad." I smiled from ear to ear as she corrected herself because my father often referred to himself as "your dear ol' dad."


Next, Darcy told me that my dog Rudy was continually being shown to her. "Your dad enjoys teasing him," she said. "His energy is more on the Earth than it is on the other side. He's adapting, but he's pretty stubborn."


It's true. My dad was set in his ways. He also had a habit of making bold declarations. So when Darcy told me, "I have to give you this because he's continuing to tell me that nitrates are bad for you," it sounded like something he would say. "He feels it's because of nitrates that he passed away... they affected his arteries and were the reason why his heart quit."


Suddenly, his supermarket visit began to make a lot more sense, I thought. "Nitrates are in hot dogs, sausage and bacon... and he's trying to protect you," Darcy added. "He says that they're in everything, and you should read the labels."


I don't eat red meat, so I couldn't figure out why my dad wanted to warn me about nitrates. However, when I later researched them on the Internet, I found out that the pressed turkey sandwiches I get off the lunch truck at work contain nitrates. I now order salads or grilled chicken soft tacos.


Shortly after my reading, I received some disappointing news on my way home from a business trip. As I drearily plopped myself down in the airport shuttle like a wilted flower, I found a shiny coin waiting for me in the seat. I couldn't help but smile because I knew it was a penny from heaven. Dear All One Family:

I want to first of all post the following article taken from California Psychics website.

I found it quite interesting to discover, just in case I were to visit this land and choose to write my thoughts about it...interesting, how we sometimes over look how much freedom we do have in our land?

I guess it is because we are a land only looking for the bad around us...I just hope and pray that we will never take it to the streets like the country, I won't mentioned...for just because the average Joe and Joette...aren't allowed to participant in the freedom of the Internet, doesn't necessarily mean those who threaten others in that government with punishment for aiding the rioting...using the Internet Media...as their medium.

Yet because I am not a throwing any sticks and stones at them, for I hate seeing violence in any of our lands...even though it has been a going on since Christ lived and walked our world...I personally would like for them to reach a happy medium instead of a divide...know what I mean?

So right here, straight up and personal...allow me to express this one thing that I heard about the differences in both leaders...The older candidate is a bit more milder than the younger candidate...yet still has a similar stand on nuclear arming his nation and both have a great dislike for America and perhaps will be as resistant to the idea that we are all in the world together and that all of our energies should be concentrated on rebuilding our land, government and people...

So I am kind of clueless as to why all of the commotion myself, for I thought that the older man had a wider vision of what every body's world would look like, if only one live nuclear weapon was sent into flight towards any land...

You know what I find to be so interesting is that Jesus and the New Testament Bible were born of the area with the most unrest...

I find that absolutely interesting...How does that saying go again? "A prophet is never recognized in their own land, and must go away so that the land will realize what they had in him to begin with." Don't quote me on that folks...Author Unknown.

Now having said that, isn't it very elementary folks to see that in the case of Jesus...it didn't come to pass...for Jesus has been gone now for over 2,000 years...and the battles still a continue and now they want to play with big guns that could end the world as we know it, for good.

Wow! Aren't we having fun, yet?

Now having said all of that, please allow me to post the sad story of a person who all she ever wanted to do was speak her truths and now is imprisoned because she didn't live in the right land that allowed it, like our own wonderful America!

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Please pray that somehow a miracle from God/Jesus and Holy Spirit sent her; will be her ticket back home. Thank You All for doing this for a stranger that didn't know that a speaking her truths would get her in so much trouble.

To Our Former President Mr. George Bush, Jr.

Dear sir:

I do not agree with your thoughts on health care...a not needing to be changed...It has to for we are in a downward spiral with it...

Hospitals unable to make their bills completely and thus are a laying off necessary and already too tired staff members...

I have also heard of medical doctors not being able to make their bills due to insurance companies and attorneys finding loop holes in the medicine world similar to the show, "House."

If doctors can't treat in the manner of days past...that means a new kind of medicine a needing to be done is on the not too distant horizon...for if the insurance companies have figured out a way to limit treatment protocol...than aren't the insurance companies guilty of practicing medicine?

Yet President Bush, you say the system isn't broken? Doesn't need revision? I say you are absolutely not on the target here Sir!

Due to the several million poor folk here in America a not being able to have the same health care plan as yourself or all past elected officials...in all governments, large and small of our great nation!

That plan includes your paid plan for life by the American people...so I really do think that you might need to take a different look at it for it does include your future health care needs a being met as well.

Great cuts to the Medicaid and Medicare program...is serious stuff, you know? Not only for the retirees, such as yourself, yet as well the poor families with children...

For many have for too long, followed exclusively, the traditional medical way...of prescription drugs for the patients being the only all in all and then only sent to alternative health care providers such as myself, when the patient is normally exhausted and all systems either heavily medicated with no welcomed results end...and then be left with no other option to try; except acceptance for what is...and thus wait for death to happen.

As the medical profession almost most times than not, a warning the patient to not experiment with chiropractic care...ever!

I say; if the health care program that we have all participated in since the A.M.A., first went on line...Where as is system of treatment, once the body goes into a dis-eased state...I instead would like to see in place, a treatment protocol that moves more towards the preventative, versus the chronic maintenance plan.

I say that the idea of moving back to basics, keeping the medications at a moderate versus excessive manner...not prescribing tests that don't show the results one is a wanting and just recently the other day, one of my client friend's husband actually had created for him by a doctor or unthinking nurse...quite a disruption in one of my client/friend's husband's life...

Case In Point
When the insurance company discovered that their subscriber was a getting all kinds of specialized therapies, and chronic medical treatment for a non healing foot infection and the xray that was ordered up for him to prove that his foot was infected and what degree of infection he now had in place being his foot infection wasn't a healing and the barometric pressure chamber that he had long ago went on the list to receive treatment...being they are a busy place these days...(also sir, not a good sign...busy place,lots of people have similar problems with this staph infection he knows he got at the hospital that first treated his wound in his foot that just wouldn't heal...

So to add insult to injury, when the insurance company received the report of the x ray findings didn't show any infection in the foot...the insurance company denied this patient his specialized barometric pressure chamber treatment cost...for he didn't have an infection, per x ray finding...and being insurance claims adjustor's are not doctors...they had no clue that an x ray doesn't pick up too much except broken bones...

So the wound specialty doctor to correct this serious mistake so that his patient could get this barometric pressure chamber treatment...that are quite expensive...my client friend's husband had to get a M.R.I...to concur...the previous long termed chronic infection documented findings...

I say Former President Bush, that we have to move towards the world of alternative complementary Medicine...for our immune systems aren't a behaving very well with all of the massive doses of antibiotics our nation is a prescribing...were it a perfect world, I would see more research center universities that I am proposing...in order to test the results of vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, food supplementation, diet, exercise, water therapies...water, organic foods, solar and other viable alternative fuel/energy/water, air, land...sources.

Also Mr. Former President Bush, have you ever stopped to visualize 4.5 million and largely growing sick poor people and no place to go to receive treatment?

Also Mr. President Bush, with an already overload of patients...that staffing has been cut and shouldn't be operating at such a low figure to begin with...for the more eyes and ears, the better...know what I mean?

Oh that's right, you probably have forgotten what it is like to be an ordinary person...for you and your family, friends probably had lots of attending staff that could stay with your loved one...just in the event that an already tired nurse, who has worked such short staffed help for so many years already, that the nightmare of having to be responsible for so many; fell on her/his shoulders and hers/his alone...that she misses an important moment a happening...and life forever changes for her/him from that moment forward.

One ordinary person's real world picture of the health care and insurance reimbursing system:

My brother when my sister in law became injured in a head on collision by a 17 year old, a perhaps dreaming of a better world...moved through a stop sign that prevented traffic from a running into vehicles that have the right of way, supposedly...due to them being on a major highway...

Long story short, for over 12 months my brother, a man broken hearted due to him a losing his health since the long tragedy first began, a driving 80 miles back and forth to visit his wife...almost daily.

I would say 7-9 months of that time, his wife was in a coma, followed by a few more months on life support...as she fought and struggled to get back to all of us that she loved...

My brother was allowed to visit up until a set time...and then he had to leave the hospital for the night, and it was in the wee hours of the early morn...that his wife a short time after coming out of her long and grueling coma...and responded well enough to talk finally on the phone to her kids and family members...

Then a very short time after it seemed she was a going to pull out of the hospital and return finally home to him; she complained to her husband,that the respiratory nurse punched her hard in the chest and in the area where, she had already been punctured in the car accident eons ago...

That morning when she told my brother what had happened, not much later that afternoon she went back on the respirator...and never ever got back off of it again until she died.

My brother brought the Greensboro Police Department into his wife's allegations case, and was given because the hospital rooms have no cameras...I am sorry, sir, we don't have any evidence that this respiratory therapist did what your wife said he did...

The police officer detective told my brother that this respiratory therapist refused to do a lie detector test, and besides they were no longer admissible in court...his hands were tied...and he was sorry for my brother's imminent near and approaching loss of her...


He was also sorry for his wife's fractured back and all of the pain she was a suffering...from it as well a couple of mornings following the alleged punch into her chest...and as the floor nurse described that morning to my brother that she had no idea how long his wife laid on the floor, with all of her tubes and attachments a going this and that way...for MRSA, eats you from the inside out...and one is basically, being eaten alive by a run away virus...

The nurse even stated that she had no idea how the bars on her bed were taken down to begin with...even if she was a near comatose patient on life support because MRSA was a destroying all major systems that it was a coming into contact...hmmmm, many unanswered questions you know?



Oh well, my brother then started taking his eyes off of his wife a returning home and now he was to plan her burial...

So Mr. President Bush:

How much compensation for the injury, and suffering to my brother's wife and himself in his twelve month long struggle to attend to a sick wife that perhaps wouldn't make because of an serious error of another?

My brother received $17K after the attorney he had to hire, got his cut...all because the consumer believing that he has enough insurance by purchasing the smaller premium and higher deductible is safe in all conditions.

Under the current insurance workings, they are only liable to a set amount...$30 K was the ceiling on the teen ager's grand father's insurance policy from Geico...so that means...that my brother could have moved to sue the grandfather and grandson together...and both would have to come up with law suit amount.

Perhaps Mr. Former President Bush:

Being you don't see a need to change a thing...for even now, you might perhaps be a thinking; "well that is for them to worry about and not anyone else." I say that would be a good response were it not for the fact, that the teenager made a bad judgement mistake...and my brother had to decide was it bad enough for my brother to strip the kid of a life after the accident, he believed the kid hadn't really wanted to happen...for him and his 15 year old brother were in the vehicle that struck my sister in law...head on..

Also as well, it was obvious to my brother that the grandfather who had taken him and his brother in being both parents of these teenagers were a dying of cancer...and that is why the grandfather had them and already he was already a living in a less than most persons places...and a less than he needed retirement pension.

My brother told him that he was a sorry for all of the family's woes for he as well has seen those extreme poverty moments himself...and he didn't want to destroy their lives by his gain, for he knew that what someone else gains from another, that brings the other much pain and suffering...never ends right and besides, no amount of money would ever bring his wife back to him, anyways...

So all he wanted was for the grandson to go to hospital now that his wife was recovering from the accident he created that caused her so much suffering and apologize to her and my brother would forget continued legal action against them being their insurance company let them down...

I know Mr. Former President Bush, you are probably a wondering where this is a taking me...

I am telling you the medical system of only treatment maintenance isn't a working...especially when we are in the midst of viruses and bacterias that are mutating due to over antibiotic usage...

I believe we need to move into a different direction instead of the body chemical, I would like us now to move towards the body electric aspects...and what feeds that electric body aspect...and as all that are in the vibration medicine field, know its the mind, body and spirit connection...

The finding of better ways of rebuilding ones immune system, naturally would be my first vote...

Especially in light of the facts concerning our epidemic problem with MRSA...being present in most hospitals...and it wasn't all that long ago that Medicaid and Medicare stated on Katie Couric's News Program that they wouldn't be a handling the payment notes on any patient found to have counteracted the virus...so that leaves the payment of the hospital and treatments to fall back on the hospitals...as a way to teach the doctors and nurses to utilize better sanitation habits of a washing their hands...

Which I believe will add even more deficits to an already slumping financial over load.

For just imagine...
It was the MRSA, that my sister in law had counter-acted from the last place that she was being treated at, a place that had just recently had one of the nurses died with MRSA and the hospital felt that it moved through the hospital and it was a problem with no solution.

So basically everyone would just have to deal with it...For it was just another run away train moment...



The researching of vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, fatty acids in relationship to rebuilding a body, has to be in a research center as I proposed so that the medical doctor a practicing in today's medical world...would be privileged to the research findings of not only the kind of research center I am proposing, yet all of the other research centers that will be looking into the link up with cancer being seen primarily in high acid blood levels...and all other high incident destroyers of ones total functioning body capacity...

For I don't know about you, with medical health care being the third leading killer of the American People...in today's world viewing statistical findings...and non affordable to those without insurance, unless they want to risk bakruptcy or even homelessness...so you Mr. President Bush might say potatoe and I might say tomatoe...who is right and who is wrong?

Just consider this for a moment as well please.
I too was one of those persons that had to experience incorrect dealings with insurance companies policy set on not a giving me my fair share...For both my accident claims were due to the incorrect action of someone else...one injury netted me because I chose Alternative-Complementary Medical course...$2500 total after the attorney got his cut...and the other one that I was found to have 3 herniated cervical discs, and one MRI., confirmed torn medial meniscus in my rt. knee, with a highly probable torn medial meniscus in my left knee in worse condition that my right and the work that I do, demands that I have full and good usuage of my legs in order to stand, walk and bend...all actions...depended on these critical areas of my legs.

I received...$7K total of which I got $4500 after paying the attorney and the car rental company that wanted to take me to jail for stealing their car, being the insurance company of the person that struck me, had decided that I had had the car long enough and they were no longer a flipping the bill...

Even though my damaged car by their subscriber was in the shop,and repair delay was due to same insurance company a playing hard ball with my own insurance company...Doing something like this; "you pay, no you pay!"

I therefore feel President Bush, that the medical profession and the insurance companies both need a large revision in their handling of their patients and subscribers...yet I possibly could be wrong...yet if I am not...please understand that experience is most definitely your best teacher...so don't feel bad, I know that you never realize that their would be so many poor people in the land that you once held in your loving well wishing for us hands; the entire nation of people...under your watch...

All those that want to say that this problem was due to our President Mr. Obama...had better re-read the history book...we were a falling so fast...that the stock market went crazy before the election was ever held...I believe that is what caused most voters to take a serious look at the president candidate that only two weeks prior had told, "Face The Nation," I believe when asked by the news caster that just recently died...(name has gotten away from me at this moment in time) how stable was our economy, really? Senator McCain, stated some like, very.

So there you have President Bush, my thoughts about your thoughts...Isn't it grand that we live in a free land? And all of us are able to share our opinions without fear of being killed/blown up or imprisoned?

Do you know what else I think is even more impressive than that?

Our President Obama a wanting our thoughts and experiences and those of others so that he can really get a good handle on the government and its peoples problems he is having to re-invent, eliminate...change or modify...as well as attempting to close the doors that deregulation allowed to open that helped take our financial banking world/Wall Street and job security of millions of folks into a domino effect...not seen almost since the depression years.

So Mr. President, again I ask that you revisit this area...and perhaps you will see a different picture, and while you are a taking a stand on this or that; that would make our president's job even more difficult with your non-researched highly limited vision...please remember also, "what goes around, comes around" and as you know, that is the Ten Commandments...The Golden Rule.

"Do unto others, that which you would have done unto you." Actually, I am also telling that to all gathered here now...for just because it has been a world of "get them before they get you," that doesn't mean that we Americans will choose to "stand down," for now it seems that we are a nation of more victims than survivors...

Intention is the all in all, and later I will return will more ideas that want to explode all over the newsletter posting pages...

Every divine virtue manifests on all levels of
pure being, will, intellect, flowing feelings, and form.
Every physical thing in creation has analogous correspondence
with the divine virtues on these levels.

The Sun is analogous to, or is the physical manifestation of the
Divine Creative Electric Masculine Power of INTENT, or WILL
for the divine virtues and the highest good of all.

The Moon is the manifestation of the Feminine magnetic receptive power
of FLOWING FEELINGS of the highest good of all and the Divine Virtues.

Will is electric in nature and Feeling is magnetic. Together they form the
Electro-magnetic energy that flows and forms the hologram of Creation.
The ancients call this the Electro-magnetic fluid.

When the Sun’s Light hits the Moon, will unites with flowing feelings.
Electrical energy transforms and becomes magnetic.

Magnetic energy of flowing feelings is the precursor of
change in the physical realm. Magnetic energy ATTRACTS.

All miracles in the physical realm are preceded by,
and depend upon, the generation of appropriate flowing feelings.

Each degree of the zodiac that the Sun focuses on the Moon determines
the specific WILL or INTENTION that the Moon changes into flowing feelings.
By knowing the INTENT, you know the FLOWING FEELING that expresses it.

If a specific change is desired upon the physical realm,
even though it can be manifested any time, it can be most easily
and powerfully manifested through flowing feelings during the
appropriate zodiacal degree of the sun.

The second factor is the day of the Moon Cycle.
Each day of the 28 day Moon Cycle has a specific receptivity.

A person determines which day of the moon cycle
corresponds with the specific flowing feelings that need
to be generated for a specific manifestation.

to plants. Anytime a person desires to create and manifest a
miracle concerning plants, it is wise to do it on the 25th day
of a moon cycle when the feelings are magnified.

For example, suppose a person wishes to grow medicinal
plants that enhance EMOTIONAL attunement to Divine Will
for the highest good and the divine virtues.

The specific time to meditate and generate the being, will,
concepts, and flowing feelings to manifest the most powerful
plants of this nature, would be anytime during the sign of Cancer,
because the entire constellation of Cancer is the attunement to flowing
feelings of Divine Will of the divine virtues and the highest good of all, with
particular emphasis on the 25th day of the Moon Cycle, the moon day of plants.

The 25th day of the Moon Cycle is governed by
the Angels of Plants, the Angels of ‘Lavemezhu’.

By looking at the Angels who govern the sign of the zodiac

effect, a person aligns flowing feelings of meditations accordingly, in
